The MagicApp application allows you to conveniently make calls to other MagicJack service users in the United States and Canada. Essentially, this is the easiest way to get a second phone number on your mobile device for personal or work purposes without buying a second SIM card.

Switching from one number to another takes just a few seconds. MagicApp is available for smartphones and tablets on iPhone, iPod, iPad, and Android. The price is affordable, and the call quality receives positive reviews from users. Some drawbacks include interface slowness and quick battery drain. Graphics and video messages (MMS) as well as group messages are not available.

The phone owner is provided with a US phone number (starting and ending with an asterisk) with an available area code and the ability to send and receive an unlimited number of text messages to any 10-digit US phone numbers. Emergency calls to 911 are supported.

Owners of MagicJack devices with US phone numbers can use the text message service without any additional costs. Owners of MagicJack devices with Canadian phone numbers need to purchase an SMS subscription, which costs $4.99 USD per year.

IMPORTANT! The terms and conditions state that unlimited calls do not include calls to Alaska, Yukon, and Northwest Territories of Canada.

There is caller ID, voicemail with the ability to leave messages, and call forwarding to another number. The caller ID is extracted from the mobile phone's contact list, so the owner will always know who is trying to reach them.

Call blocking is available (up to 99 phone numbers). If a blocked caller tries to call, they will receive a busy signal. When adding a phone to the blacklist, text messages are also blocked. To enable blocking, follow these steps in the "Settings" menu:

1. Access the MagicApp application on your Android/iOS device.
2. Go to the "Call Logs" tab in MagicApp and tap the phone number for Android (or the information icon for iOS to see the "Call details" screen).
3. On the "Call details" screen, tap "Block" to add this number to the blacklist.
4. To unblock, tap the "Unblock" icon on the "Call details" screen or the X symbol in the "Settings" menu.

You can download the application from the APPIX360 app store. For each MagicJack device subscription, you can only have one accompanying app.
