ARI

The ARI (Auto Repair Invoices) application is a unique home tool created by developers to assist auto repair shops and independent mechanics. The goal of the software is to help business owners send electronic invoices to their clients.

After proper configuration, ARI reduces the time spent on creating repair invoices.

The program allows users to choose from a list of over four hundred item names. There is no need to enter the names manually, just select them from the list. The program also includes a list of auto repair services. Both lists have categories for quick searching.

The invoicing application also has a function to scan VIN numbers and decode the retrieved data. The decoding includes the following information:

There is also a synchronization and backup function, allowing access to information from different devices. The application can be used offline.

The calendar allows users to mark invoice dates for better organization.

The application is translated into thirty languages, and users can add additional languages if needed and not supported by the developers.

The free version of the software has the following limitations:

• Only three quotes are available;
• Three invoices are allowed;
• Only two clients can be added at a time.

To have unlimited invoicing capabilities available in the extended version, purchasing a tariff within the application is required. It also allows for an increased number of customizable templates and provides a digital signature authenticity.
